Mike began his career in the real estate software industry, working closely with Real Estate companies on software implementations, project management, support, and custom development. Mike began his consulting career on Upwork, as a freelance custom report development consultant maintaining a 100% Job Success rate for a number of years. Since then, Mike has started Veterans Insights Inc. to continue to provide excellent data driven insights for his stakeholders.

FOUNDER, CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Matthew is a retired VA leader and combat-wounded veteran, with over 26 years of dedicated service to our nation. During his tenure at the VA, he held significant roles including Acting Director for the Boston, Manchester, and White River Junction Regional Offices, Assistant Director for the New York Regional Office, and Program Manager for the Office of Automated Benefits Delivery in Washington, DC. With two decades of experience in VA benefits processing, data and information systems, as well as budgeting and reporting, Matthew brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
